BMX Worlds 2013 in Cologne

The BMX Worlds in Cologne saw girls from across the world battle it out in a beautiful outdoor park throwing down awesome tricks like Flairs, Tailwhips and even the first ever womens frontflip. Top spot went to Camilla Harambour who as always set the bar higher than ever, with second place going to Katherine Diaz and third place to Lara Lessmann. In addition to the well known names, it was also great to see new and up and coming riders making their first steps into the competitive world of girls’ bmx such as Julia Köpke, Madita Thüs and Luzie Ronkholz from Germany and also some international talent like Tess Hayward, Joanna Marmont and Katharine Diaz. Great event – well done to everyone involved!
