No BMX at X Games

WeNews have reported on the challenges of including womens action sports in big events such as the X Games, currently taking place in Los Angeles. Whilst female skateboarding and wakeboarding have earned their places at the these high profile, media intensive, high prize-money events, many other sports including BMX have yet to make the cut despite growing participation amongst women and a rapidly closing skill gap.
